Black Democracy Project is a civic education and community empowerment organization dedicated to helping Black communities understand how government systems actually work \u2014 and how those systems shape everyday life.<\/p><p>Every election cycle, Black communities are told to vote. But voting is only Day One. The decisions that determine where your children go to school, who polices your neighborhood, how your tax dollars are spent, and whether your community gets investment or neglect \u2014 those
